I'll admit it. I fell off your train for a while. See, I really liked you when you first came out. Enough to pre-order your first CD...you know, when you were still small enough to do a pre-order that came with a free autographed copy of the CD. (Don't hate me, but I think I could sell it to some crazed fan and make a lot of money.)
I even went to see Rascal Flatts with friends just so I could see you...the opener to the opener.
I was the only one in the group who knew more than "Tim McGraw." I was kindaaaa a fan girl. You know, before it was the cool thing to be one.
But then it started to be the cool thing to like you, and I was way older than 12, and well, you kinda got a little crazy there for a little while. And I know it's not your fault, but they played your stuff SO MUCH on the radio that I just got tired of it.
So I left you on your own for a few years, and things were going fine. And then...I went to your recent concert. And the love affair started again. Sure, there were way more teenyboppers than people there my age, but you rocked it.
But I still didn't want to be your BFF. Why do I want to be your BFF now? All thanks to a video I stumbled upon because a girl I know (A would call her my friend, but let's face it...we met twice and now we are FB friends.) is in the background. Someone posted it on her wall (oh, did I mention that she was in the background because she was Hunter Hayes's date? Don;t worry, they're just BFFs.) saying "aren't you glad you didn't look like this?"
UHHH NO. Maybe the reason I fell in BFF love is because that is EXACTLY how I would look like. I may have danced for 15 years of my life...but ballet doesn't give you rhythm. So please, enjoy my new favorite video, but don't try and steal my BFF.
Oh, and Taylor? Sorry I ever doubted you. Love you, mean it.
