Today's is wedding related. I could seriously have a year's worth of wedding related pins that I did, but I'll try and switch it up every week! I do something off pinterest at least 3 times a week, so that should be fairly easy. (That sounds like a crazy amount, but most of them are recipes - still in the newlywed must cook every night plase!)
Anyways, here's the inspiration photo I found.

I really wanted to do this for the cake table, but they kept changing the dimensions every time I asked so I gave up that idea. But the burlap really fit my theme, so I knew I had to do something with that.
I found a roll of burlap online and bought 100 yards of it at 12 inches wide. (Anyone need burlap? I HAVE TONS!). Then i found some cheap lace edging on etsy - that stuff is expensive in stores! - and some elastic and set to sewing. And sewing. And sewing.
The final product - 20 table runners! I love them SO SO much - I have one on our table right now, actually! I'm glad I ended up loving them so much because HOLY SHIZ they took forever! Thank goodness my mom loves to sew and was able to help me out.
Ohhhh y'all want to see pictures and not just read my ramblings? :)
Here's one side and what they looked like on the tables.
I couldn't find a good picture from the reception where you could see the lace, but I promise it is there. I am SO happy with how they turned out and I think that the tables really needed them.
That's all for today - go link up!!
